Thank you for your purchase. We look forward to the trip to D.C. and participating together with the Glenn Beck program to restore honor to America on 8.28.2010!

A few things you need to know about the trip.

1. Specific departure time(s) and other updates will be announced on the website as soon as they occur so please check back often for updates. You may click here to go there now.

2. REFUND POLICY

  • Full refund up to and including July 25th
  • July 26th – August 2nd =  75% refund
  • August 3rd – August 10th =  60% refund
  • August 11th – 18th =  45% refund
  • No refunds after August 19th

3. Packages ARE transferable so if you are unable to attend and have someone else to fill your spot, just let us know and we will make the necessary changes. We have extended ourselves a great deal by securing both the rooms and the transportation and cannot assume responsibility for last minute changes on your part.  As always, however, we will do our best to help you out.

4. There will be a “hall monitor” assigned to each bus to answer questions and help smooth the process at departure so please make sure to check in with them upon arrival.

5. Your hotel rooms will be assigned by Holiday Inn and we cannot guarantee who will be in the room with you unless you have made arrangements to be on the bus together and then check-in together. You can pay separately online but please email Chris@charlestonteaparty.org and let her know the names of the people to pair together for the bus trip.

6. The buses will be numbered. Please check your baggage with the bus driver and board the bus no later than 20 minutes before departure time. We will not delay departure for late arrivals.

7. Demand for these buses is high, so if you know anyone who is considering this trip please advise them to reserve their seating as soon as possible. It is already being reported that some hotels have sold out for that weekend.

8. You will receive an email verification from Paypal that includes a transaction number. Please retain this for your records as proof of payment. Refunds will be credited to this account.
