The Charleston Tea Party/Patriots of Charleston is an all volunteer organization working to restore, preserve and protect the freedoms and governing principles that America’s Founders established over 230 years ago.
We are seeking 501(c)4 non-profit organization status and we are funded entirely by private donors. We gratefully accept non-tax-deductible donations from anyone who wants to help us cover the expenses of hosting a website to share news and opinions and of organizing as well as hosting activities such as town hall meetings, rallies, educational forums, voter registration events and candidate forums. We are committed to maintaining a first class web site where We The People provide information and commentary on issues and events of importance, and urge active and responsible involvement of concerned Patriots throughout the Lowcountry and beyond.
We are committed to encouraging citizens to become better informed and to support political candidates who have demonstrated strong character and who embrace our principles of governance - limited government, personal responsibility, fiscal responsibility, rule of law, state sovereignty and national sovereignty. We do not, however, make donations to any political candidate or organization including PACs.
We work for you and invite you to join and support us in our efforts. For your convenience, you can make donations through our web site using Pay Pal or major credit/debit cards. You can also set up a recurring monthly donation, for which we would be especially grateful.
