South Carolina, the ball is in our court!WE HAVE THE POWER TO MOVE THIS ELECTION
President Obama has now been “the man” for 3 years. He has had a democratic congress for two years and a 50-50 congress for one year. How ya liking that so far???
Here’s my personal reality check:
-if Romney carries SC, he is likely to get the nomination.
-if we pay too much attention to mainstream media, Romney is the “only”
anti-Obama out here……..by polls, by opinions, by candidate critiques in the media (let alone the super-PAC negative ads) Yet, they underestimate the power of the Palmetto State.
Wouldn’t it be lovely and lofty if, in this day and age, we all just voted solely with our hearts and the “perfect” candidate would emerge??
Well, wise up SC!!! We have the power to push the nomination process to the maximum anti-Obama nomination. But it is critical, at the “eleventh hour”, to think with our HEADS, not just our hearts.
To defeat Obama, we first to defeat Mitt in this state. To not join in a cohesive anti-Romney vote is to secede to the moderate Romney machine. This leaves only one candidate to support against Obama,( Romney) who, IMHO, will become very difficult to distinguish from Obama in a general election. (ex, Obamacare…Romneycare) and their differences will be clouded tremendously by the obama machine seizing on the wealth of Romney.
And so….are you ready to COLLECTIVELY nominate the most electable candidate? I do like all candidates, but I feel Newt Gingrich is our best hope for both the anti-Obama and the anti-Romney.
WHY NEWT? He is committed to the conservative cause. He understands the problems of our current administrations (from President to cabinet/federal agencies/congress) and he has CONCRETE, practical solutions to so many of our economic, energy, foreign policy, immigration and constitutional problems.

I have to say, that people who are new to candidate evaluation could be overwhelmed by information, debate performance, gossip, innuendo and so much more! LOTS of spin in our country and I can only hope that all of us here appreciates that our votes are so very important and significant and, hopeofully, based upon a somewhat comprehensive evaluation/research/understanding of not only the candidates’ professed objectives, but of where their hearts and true motives and passion lie. ………………………
