Will Ron Paul Stain Conservatives?

With the importance of the coming election, we have many things to worry about. Ron Paul may the greatest problem of all. His racist rants in his newletters expose the man’s thinking. He did try to deny that he wrote any of them (despite the fact some directly bore his name) but that was quickly proven to be a lie. Checking with former workers at the newsletter, every article had to be signed off by Paul personally.

We also know that Paul is antisemetic, and in a year that Jewish voters are looking for an alternative to Obama and the traditional support for Israel from conservatives, his views such as the destruction of Israel and replacing it with the Palestinians, could hurt whoever runs as a republican.

We also know that although his rabid (re: sickos) fans try to tell us Paul cares more about principals than power, that is not the case. When the vote for the invasion of Afghanistan came up for a vote, Paul was determined to vote against it. His staff argued against his vote but he brushed aside their opinions. And when they threatened to quit en masse, he agin declared he was voting for principal. Then Jackie Kloor told him he would lose her support for reelection if he voted no. (Jackie Kloor was Victoria, Paul’s district) He voted yes, choosing power over principal.

And the behavior of his fans is atrocious. They turn violent and their actions at the Maine caucus was reprehensible. Perhaps that can be explained by whom he surrounded himself with, namely Joe Becker and Norm Stapleton, two disciples of leftwing anarchist Lew Rockwell. Rockwell, himself was Paul’s chief of staff from 1978 to 1982. Rockwell is also credited with writing many of the racist posts in Paul’s newsletters. Or possibly it’s because his advocacy of legalizing all drugs has gotten him adoring fans within the drug culture have lowered the bar for political activism.

The last thing conservatives need while trying to unseat Obama is to have a racist representing us. Fortunately there are not enough KKK members or drug addicts to get him elected. Still it would be better if he would switch parties. There’s no room in the republican party for such a man.

  1. Ken Caudill says:

Ron Paul has never uttered a racist word in his life. You are a liar, sir.

  2. Steve Ahle says:

First the racist printed this in his newsletters

“We are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, it is hardly irrational,” one newsletter said. Another, referring to the 1992 Los Angeles riots, said that “order was only restored in L.A. when it came time for the blacks to pick up their welfare checks.”

On Wednesday, Paul disavowed the statements, saying he had not written them, nor had he read them, at the time they were mailed out. But in the past, Paul had defended some of the writings, suggesting they were taken out of context.

Then he made the claim he never read or wrote any of his racist gibberish. Then he was nailed when former employees at the newspaper said nothing went to press until read and signed off by the racist.

He is also a homophobe, who while at a gay supporter’s house walked down the street to a gas station to take a whizz.

And your insult? Well, I consider the source and laugh.
